At Dixitabydr, each piece is thoughtfully crafted, often custom-made, with love and care. Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective items. If you receive a defective or damaged piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and aim to deliver every order with the highest quality. Thank you for understanding that, due to the custom nature of our products, we can only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.
